A cold and gloomy day on the campaign trail !

When Pat Paulsen came to Lansing, on his run for the presidency (in May, 1968), he asked The Plain Brown Wrapper to write a song, perform in his campaign parade, and perform before his comedy show.

This image shows Van (playing a Hohner electric piano), and Scott (playing trumpet), on the Paulsen Campaign's flatbed truck rolling down the street, on the way to Grandmother's.
